Dr Pavlos Stavrakakis
Stavrakakis carries a wealth of international business experience in the education and healthcare sectors. His business experience is channelled through academic programmes, helping learners analyse business practices, understand complex problems and offer solutions. His scholarly contribution is on strategy-as-practice, where he empirically linked the strategists' activity and outcomes, the external environment and sector-specific perceived uncertainties, and the strategists' intentions and practice-based strategies. Stavrakakis has also critiqued the existing studies on managerial work and proposed alternative methodological avenues.

Avakian has been publishing on the management consulting industry for the last ten years. His research programme focuses on understanding nuances of legitimation, power struggles, and theorization of organizational response mechanisms (Avakian and Fotaki, 2022).
